Happy Diwali to you Bharathy! Gulab jamun from a mix - no way! They look way too good (I have had disasters from making jamuns from a mix, so i prefer the milk powder way ;-)).
The gulab jamuns look delicious. I hadn't realised you could make them so nicely using the readymix. We get Gits packs in UK and I will get one to try out.
